The Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring integrated marketing strategies to strengthen the hospital's brand, increase patient outreach, build corporate relationships, and support business growth. The role requires close coordination with internal departments, doctors, vendors, and external stakeholders while ensuring ethical healthcare marketing standards.
Key Responsibilities:Corporate & Brand Marketing
Develop and implement annual and quarterly corporate marketing plans.
Strengthen hospital brand visibility across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
Ensure consistent brand communication across all departments and locations.
Manage hospital reputation and brand positioning.
Patient Outreach & Business Development Support
Drive patient footfall through strategic marketing campaigns.
Support OPD, IPD, specialty services, and doctor branding initiatives.
Coordinate health camps, CMEs, seminars, walkathons, and community outreach programs.
Build and maintain relationships with corporates, insurance companies, and TPAs.
Digital & Media Marketing Oversight
Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, website, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing.
Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and vendors.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Manage PR, media coverage, press releases, and hospital announcements.
Internal & External Communication
Coordinate with doctors, departments, HR, CSR, and administration for marketing requirements.
Handle internal branding, employee communication, and hospital events.
Manage creative approvals, content accuracy, and compliance with medical ethics.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage marketing vendors, creative agencies, printers, and digital partners.
Monitor marketing budgets, expenses, and cost optimization.
Verify deliverables and approve invoices as per scope of work.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports.
Track key metrics such as patient inquiries, conversions, brand reach, and engagement.
Present insights and recommendations to management.
