BLACKBULL is hiring a Corporate Legal Manager / Assistant Manager who can independently manage daily corporate legal operations, support business teams, and represent the organization professionally with clients, vendors, and external counsel. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day corporate legal work including documentation, approvals, and coordination.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts/agreements (Vendor, Client, Service, NDA, MoU, Employment, Consultancy, etc.).
Ensure legal compliance for company operations (routine checks, internal controls, documentation hygiene).
Handle legal notices, replies, and documentation support for disputes (as required).
Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, and government authorities when needed.
Maintain a structured legal workflow system: trackers, timelines, document records, and reporting.
Support management with legal risk identification, preventive controls, and practical solutions.
Provide professional representation in meetings, discussions, and client communications.
Prepare summaries, legal opinions (basic), briefs, and internal notes for management decisions.
Skills & Qualifications
LL.B (mandatory). LL.M is a plus.
3 to 7 years
of experience in corporate legal, in-house legal, or law firm corporate practice.
Strong knowledge of
legal facts, acts, and practical corporate procedures
(contracts + compliance).
Excellent
communication

Comfort using trackers, MIS reporting, and standard documentation systems.
