Job Description

(i) Awareness of laws, guidelines, rules and regulation issued by RBI, NPCI etc. related to digital products and information technology
(ii) Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts for Digital banking products or tie-ups of the bank;
(iii) Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various Information Technology contracts (hardware, software, maintenance services, procurement etc.)
(iv) Analyzing legal issues and issues related to legal risks and providing advisory/recommendation to business teams;
(v) Legal review and revision of product notes, standard contracts, policies and templates of the bank
(vi) Acting as an interface between external legal counsel and business teams for various assignments or Projects;
(vii) Tracking and updating laws and regulations that are relevant to the Bank's business and policies.
