A Day in the Life
A typical day as a Corporate Learning Manager in Mumbai might include the following:Create and administer skill assessment methodology and design and deliver learning interventions to ensure the quality of output and work product. Work closely with various leaders across the organization, having a full understanding of their area's training needs and requirements. Track and report on completion of mandatory courses (POSH, InfoSec, etc.) Direct training initiatives that build the necessary skills and capabilities (technical and leadership based) to support Eide Bailly's growth strategy in India Coordinate learning approaches with India Secondees to ensure staff in Centers of Excellence become fully proficient in requisite skills Coordinate with India HR professionals to deliver appropriate learning to newly hired India colleagues (time keeping, other critical software and systems) Collaborate with Learning Relationship Senior Managers and other key stakeholders to coordinate India specific learning programs and sessions. Design and develop training to fit the professional development needs of India based staff. Determine, gather, draw insight from and present learning metrics, including checking for on-the-job results Prepare facilitators for delivery of courses and programs and support in the management of facilitators in India. Where needed, provide virtual production of India specific classes. Correspond with attendees, presenters, speakers, sponsors via Learning & Development mailbox, IM and phone providing excellent customer service to stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.

Who You AreExtensive knowledge in developing training classes, courses, programs and learning paths. Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory and practice. Professional services firm experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in business administration or education or equivalent work experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
