We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. As a Corporate Lawyer specializing in startup fundraising and legal compliance work, you will play a crucial role in advising our company and clients on various legal matters related to fundraising activities, compliance requirements, and corporate governance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate with a keen interest in corporate law and startup ecosystem to develop expertise in startup fundraising and legal compliance.

Responsibilities:

Advise startup clients on corporate governance matters, including board meetings, shareholder resolutions, and regulatory filings. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to fundraising transactions, including term sheets, investment agreements, shareholders' agreements, and convertible notes. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting startup fundraising and legal compliance, and communicate key developments to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, business development, and compliance, to ensure alignment of legal strategies with business objectives. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs and policies tailored to the needs of startup clients. Handle legal research, document management, and administrative tasks as assigned by senior attorneys or legal managers.
