Corpseed's Legal Team

to lead high-impact legal operations, manage escalations, and drive corporate compliance across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & mentor the in-house legal team

Represent Corpseed & clients in court hearings, filings, and legal notices

Manage client escalations in coordination with the Customer Relations Team

Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, RBI, etc.

Handle recovery cases--legal notices, settlements, and court proceedings

Review technical/legal documentation from internal teams

Collaborate across Finance, CRT, Advisory & Tech teams

Draft and vet MoUs, NDAs, contracts, and client agreements

Develop internal SOPs & compliance frameworks

Conduct legal briefings/trainings across departments

Requirements:

LLB (LLM preferred)
Min. 4 years in corporate law, litigation & team management
Strong in recovery proceedings, client dispute handling & regulatory compliance
Excellent drafting, communication & cross-team coordination skills

Preferred:

Legal consultancy or compliance advisory firm experience
Familiarity with startups or high-volume legal documentation
Knowledge of MSME Act, CPC, Arbitration frameworks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
