Remote Corporate Lawyer (India-Based)

Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer based in India to provide legal support to our U.S.-based firm. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, and partnership agreements.Novalnet Advise on U.S. corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Conduct legal research and provide guidance on international business operations and compliance issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. corporate law and relevant international legal developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized Indian university; additional qualifications or certifications in U.S. law are a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with exposure to U.S. legal matters. Strong understanding of U.S. corporate legal frameworks and regulatory requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in using legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Hours:

This is a remote position requiring overlap with U.S. business hours. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate time zone differences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
