- In-House Lawyer (Legal Counsel)

Position: In-House Lawyer / Legal Counsel

Location: [Noida Sector 142]

Department: Legal / Compliance

Reports to: [Head of Legal / Management / CEO]

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support to management and internal departments on various business and operational matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

Handle corporate governance, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings.

Manage legal risks and develop strategies to minimize potential disputes.

Liaise with external law firms, government authorities, and regulatory bodies as required.

Support HR and Admin teams in employee-related legal matters, labor laws, and policies.

Assist in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration cases.

Keep updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) preferred.

Enrolled as an advocate with Bar Council of India.

[X]+ years of experience in corporate / in-house legal role.

Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and contract laws.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and provide proactive legal solutions.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience as an in-house counsel in a corporate environment.

Exposure to compliance, regulatory, and litigation matters.

Industry-specific legal experience (e.g., IT, Manufacturing, Real Estate, FMCG, etc.) will be an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
