Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team. You will provide legal support to the company on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

- Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters

- Support on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions

- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate legal risks for the company

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel

- Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/LLM)

- 1-5 years of experience in corporate law

- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, regulations, and governance

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Professional certification (e.g. Company Secretary) is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
