Key Responsibilities: - Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions on IT domains. - Develop structured learning modules with practical projects for hands-on experience. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into the curriculum. - Facilitate college workshops, hackathons, and tech awareness programs under Tech Decor initiatives. - Collaborate with universities and industry professionals for career development programs. - Provide mentorship to aspiring IT professionals and guide them in skill-building. - Engage in public tech forums to discuss latest trends and innovations in IT.

Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in IT training or a related role. - Strong knowledge of programming languages, cloud computing, or software development. - Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills. - Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners. - Experience in community or college outreach is a plus.
