Salary Based on Experienced

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate matters under English law.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards across the company.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advise on risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor updates in laws and ISO regulations and implement necessary changes.

Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on English law and ISO compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes.
- Excellent communication and legal drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
