Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Detailing and execution from concept design. Develop custom designed products such as furniture + feature elements & equipment etc. for workspaces in medium and large-scale corporate projects. Understand individual client/stakeholder needs to develop exceptional interior design concepts with considerations to parameters including functionality, aesthetic preferences, sustainability, and budget. Coordinate with 3D Visualizers for developing realistic and high-Quality 3D visuals. Prepare detailed drawings, supervise the implementation of works contracts, supervise performance of consultants and carry out related studies & research. Maintain a design digital library of FF&E, vendors, catalogues, samples etc. Research and recommend leading industrial standards, global issues and design trends to inform the design concepts in the post pandemic scenario. Get shop drawings of MEP vendors & civil contractor
Education - B.Arch
