Maintain and analyze HR dashboards and reports.
Use data to inform decisions on talent, engagement, and workforce planning.
Training & Development
:
Conduct training needs analysis across departments.
Design and implement learning programs, leadership development, and onboarding.
Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
Talent Management
:
Support succession planning and career pathing.
Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement
:
Resolve complex employee issues and promote a positive work culture.
Drive engagement surveys and action planning.
Compliance & Risk
:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
Support audits and policy updates.
Change Management
:
Lead HR efforts during organizational changes (restructuring, tech adoption, etc.).
HR Operations Support
:
Collaborate with HR COEs (Compensation, Benefits, Recruitment) for seamless execution.
Experience - 9 to 12 yrs
Strong communication and MS office skills.
* Open to travel to all plant location when needed.
