100% Remote (Candidates from South India preferred- Bangalore, Pune, Maharashtra)

Shift Timings:

EST Hours (Night Shift)

About the Role

Absolute IT is seeking a

seasoned Talent Acquisition Expert / Corporate HR

with proven experience in the

US Staffing industry

. The ideal candidate will specialize in hiring

Business Development Managers (BDMs)

, particularly those working with

Implementation Partners and Direct Clients

Key Responsibilities

2-3 years of experience as an

HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist in US Staffing

.

Must have experience hiring professionals working with

Implementation Partners and Direct Clients

.

Proven success in

hiring BDMs

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
