Key Responsibilities
Streamline HR processes, automate workflows, and enhance overall service delivery.
Implement and manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and advanced reporting.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies; review and update HR documentation.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and manage employee queries, grievances, and retention.
Oversee HR vendor relationships and lead HR transformation and automation projects.
Manage appraisal cycles, goal setting, and performance dashboard reporting.
Handle payroll management, increments, attendance, and compensation & benefits administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources.
12+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in HR operations, compliance, and HR automation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
Proven experience in HR digital transformation and change management.
