ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Title - Head Corporate HR
Location - Hyderabad- HO
We are Seeking Corporate HR Head for the Indian arm of a Danish company that dabbles in Equipment, Services and spare parts, Customer support, Facility management, Engineering, and project management for everything from Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) filling facilities and Liquefied natural gas/biogas (LNG/LBG) bunkering solutions.
Purpose
The Job holder will oversee the strategic management and execution of all corporate HR functions. This includes the development and implementation of policies and processes to support compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and onboarding, as well as employee training and development. The role will also involve analysing HR metrics to drive improvements and alignment with organizational goals.
As Corporate HR head, your Role & Responsibilities will include;
HR Strategy and Reporting:
Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to inform decision-making.
Prepare and present HR analytics and reports to senior leadership.
Contribute to the formulation of corporate HR strategies that support business growth.
Compliance and Policy Development:
Ensure adherence to Labour laws and regulatory requirements.
Develop, update, and enforce corporate HR policies and procedures.
Collaboration and Communication:
Act as a liaison between the corporate HR team and other departments.
Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters and strategies.
Compensation & Benefits:
Design, implement, and monitor competitive compensation structures and benefit plans to attract and retain talent.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and organizational policies for payroll and benefits administration.
Analyse market trends to maintain industry competitiveness.
Generate periodic reports on HR metrics and compensation analysis.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Develop and manage recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
Ensure an efficient onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and address staffing requirements.
Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps and create training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
Oversee leadership development initiatives and succession planning frameworks.
Develop training roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Education: MBA in Human resources management. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a corporate HR leadership role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and tools, knowledge of labour laws, and data analysis. MS Office proficient
