MrMed is looking for a Human Resources Executive to help us with end-to-end HR requirements - including developing HR strategies, getting in place standard systems and procedures and routine HR administration. This role requires your assistance in providing strategic direction to the company from an HR perspective.Responsibilities: Build HR strategy and roadmap in line with business strategy and expansion targets Develop and monitor HR processes, policies and systems Sourcing, recruitment and selection of top candidates across various departments Build a culture of ownership, positivity and openness to ensure high levels of motivation and access to co-founders' vision Employee engagement activities and build on the vision of treating our employees as we would our family Create and monitor a performance management system that drives growth and high performance Organize learning and development workshops along with functional training for employees Legal compliance, payroll generation and other HR administrative operations Generate reports on all of the above functions on a regular basis and provide feedback to the ManagementDesired Profile: 3-4 years of experience Excellent communication skills in English Familiarity with the latest HR management softwares and the latest developments in the HR industry Strong recruiting skils and ability to improve talent acquisition strategies Require someone versatile, self-driven and a quick-learnerThis role needs someone who can work with a growing organization and manage high work pressure.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
