Job Responsibilities:

This role would suit somebody currently in a reservations-centric role and who is seeking a new and exciting challenge. Experience of generating sales and bookings You will have a high degree of self-motivation & ability to work unsupervised, prioritising tasks with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You may already be working in hotels, travel or serviced apartments and this would be advantageous. What is essential is your personal passion for guest satisfaction & excellent service delivery including telephone manner; experience of CRM systems, good command of English and a flexible approach to your work.

Skills:

Fluent in English speaking and writing Should know the Indian cities- location-wise(PAN INDIA) Knowledge of doing corporate hotel bookings/Service apartment bookings offline & online both Candidate should know about the processing of hotel/service apartment booking/amendment/reconfirmation Need a candidate to work in flexible working hours Need someone who can work/reply to the query on time as per the timeline received from the client side Hotel/service apartment contracting/good connection with Domestic hotel/service apartments Ability to get the best negotiated tariff from the hotel/service apartments A person flexible to do site visit/hotel/service apartment inspection

Note

: Candidate should have prior experience in doing corporate hotel booking/service apartment booking, able to handle the high profile VVIP movement and can inspect the apartment with a checklist
