Job Overview



The Corporate Gifting Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition and management of corporate clients for bulk and customized gifting solutions. This role involves strategic planning, lead generation, relationship building, and execution of end-to-end corporate gifting projects while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development



Identify, prospect, and convert corporate clients for gifting requirements (festive, annual events, employee rewards, milestones, promotional gifting, etc.). Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management



Build long-term relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and CXO-level stakeholders. Provide customized gifting solutions based on client needs, budgets, and timelines. Resolve client concerns and ensure timely follow-up to maintain client satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Project Coordination & Execution



Work closely with the operations, design, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery. Prepare proposals, quotations, and order summaries with accuracy. Oversee timelines for order fulfillment, customization, and dispatch.

4. Market Intelligence



Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal gifting patterns. Identify new product opportunities and collaborate with the product team for development.

5. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM. Share weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts with leadership.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience



3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional products, FMCG, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and create customized solutions. Experience managing large corporate accounts and working with procurement teams. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities. Creative mindset with an understanding of product aesthetics and gifting trends.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Revenue generated from corporate gifting sales. Number of new corporate accounts acquired. Client retention and repeat business rate. Timely and accurate project delivery. Lead conversion rate and average deal size.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
