TT Ltd. is a reputed government company engaged in Garment Industry. To strengthen our business and client relations, we are expanding into
corporate gifting solutions
including customized caps, T-shirts, and other promotional merchandise. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Corporate Gifting Sales Manager
to lead and grow this vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for corporate gifting products (caps, T-shirts, merchandise, etc.).
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, government departments, and institutional buyers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.
Collaborate with production/design teams for customization requirements.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
Coordinate with vendors, printing units, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in
corporate gifting, institutional sales, or B2B sales
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Strong network with corporate clients, PSUs, and government departments (preferred).
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
