to head our B2B gifting sales. The role involves acquiring corporate clients, managing key accounts, driving seasonal and bulk gifting orders, and building long-term partnerships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Marketing teams across organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end corporate gifting sales (lead generation to closure)
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, HR, Admin & Procurement teams
Pitch customized gifting solutions (festive hampers, employee rewards, client gifting)
Handle bulk order negotiations, pricing, and contracts
Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets (Diwali, Christmas, New Year, etc.)
Coordinate with internal teams for production, customization, and delivery timelines
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and regular MIS reporting
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and repeat business
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA preferred
4-8 years of experience in
corporate gifting / B2B sales / enterprise sales
Strong network with corporates, HR, Admin, Procurement decision-makers
Proven track record of closing bulk or high-value deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Revenue growth from corporate gifting segment
Number of new corporate accounts onboarded
Repeat business & client retention
Average deal size & seasonal conversion rate
