Job Title: Corporate Gifting Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Corporate Gifting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of corporate gifting initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. The Corporate Gifting manager will play a crucial role in enhancing client relationships, fostering brand loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of our corporate gifting program.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

Collaborate with clients to understand their gifting needs and preferences. Provide expert advice on suitable gift selections aligned with client objectives.

Product Sourcing and Selection:

Research and identify innovative and high-quality gift options within budget constraints. Develop relationships with vendors and negotiate favourable terms.

Customization and Personalization:

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the customisation and personalisation of gifts according to client branding guidelines. Oversee the creation of bespoke gift packages tailored to individual client requirements.

Order Management:

Efficiently manage the entire gifting process, from order placement to delivery. Monitor and track multiple orders simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.

Budget Management:

Work closely with clients to establish and adhere to budgetary constraints. Provide cost-effective gifting solutions without compromising on quality.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct quality checks on all gift items to ensure they meet the highest standards. Address and resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery discrepancies.

Vendor Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with gift suppliers and vendors. Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms to ensure competitive pricing.

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate regular reports on the success and impact of corporate gifting programs. Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Client acquisition:

Onbaord new clients via up sales and cross sales

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in corporate gifting, sales, or client relations. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Creative thinking and an eye for detail. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Corp Gifting: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
