Job Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead our corporate sales initiatives in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

B2B or corporate gifting sales

, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and onboard new corporate clients. Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for bulk gifting projects. Collaborate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of orders. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in

corporate gifting / B2B / enterprise sales

(mandatory). Strong business network in the Gurgaon/Delhi NCR corporate segment. Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to lead a small sales team and manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.

Own vehicle is mandatory

for market sourcing and client meetings.
