Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Corporate Finance Manager

to join our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading strategic financial initiatives, managing M&A transactions, supporting fundraising efforts, and conducting financial modeling and valuations. Will work closely with senior leadership, investment partners, and external advisors to support the company's financial growth and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage corporate finance transactions, including M&A, capital raising (debt/equity), and strategic partnerships. Conduct financial due diligence, feasibility studies, and business valuations. Build and maintain complex financial models for investment analysis and strategic decision-making. Develop pitch decks, information memorandums, and investor presentations. Analyze and interpret financial statements to assess company performance and risk. Support strategic planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Liaise with external advisors, auditors, legal counsel, and investment banks. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments relevant to corporate finance.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). Professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, CPA, or CA are an advantage. 6-10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-impact projects.
