Qualifications
Candidate with Legal/Commerce background is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance, Legal and Accounting activities.
Experience in handling company audits, due diligence is plus.
Fresher with Internship experience in the same domain required.
Job role
Reports directly to the Management of the Company
Maintaining all the compliance records of the Company in timely manner for due-diligence
Overseeing corporate financing activities including statutory and legal activities
Handling banking related activities
Handling Quotations/Invoices/Bills of all the vendors from Agreement/PO etc. and Timely and accurate booking of all the Vendors Bills/Invoices.
Handling bookkeeping and statutory activities of the Company
Ensure timely preparation of MIS Reports and presenting to the management
Strategize quarterly activities of the Company.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
