Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
Manage CEO's calendar, inbox, and meeting flow
Prepare briefs, agendas, and track OKRs
Coordinate cross-functional follow-ups
Communication & Documentation
Draft high-stakes emails and build polished decks.
Maintain document repositories and templates.
Prepare investor/customer packets.
External Relations
Schedule and run point for investor, customer, and partner meetings.
Track CRM pipeline and organize demos, POCs, and site visits Business Operations
Drive CEO-led projects and streamline workflows
Support vendor coordination and procurement ? Build dashboards and plan complex travel
Data & Analytics
Produce weekly dashboards and monthly reviews
Visualize KPIs and decision-making data

Governance & Compliance
Coordinate board meetings and statutory filings
Maintain registers, policies, and compliance calendars
Support equity, ESOP, and contract management
Risk & Quality
Ensure audit readiness and certification tracking
Uphold confidentiality and security protocols
HR & Admin Support
Assist hiring loops and onboarding
Manage calendars, travel policies, and office vendors
