Role Overview
The
Corporate Executive Chef
will lead the culinary vision and strategy across all CGH Earth properties, ensuring consistency, creativity, and alignment with our brand philosophy of sustainable and responsible gastronomy. This role demands a strong leader who can inspire teams, innovate menus, elevate guest dining experiences, and uphold food safety and cost-efficiency standards across multiple destinations.
Define and execute the culinary strategy for all CGH Earth properties, aligning with sustainability principles.
Develop innovative menus that highlight local flavors, organic produce, and seasonal availability.
Drive excellence in food presentation, quality, and guest satisfaction across properties.
Operations & Standardization
Establish culinary SOPs and ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene, and safety across all kitchens.
Implement cost control measures, monitor food costs, and optimize resource utilization without compromising quality.
Oversee kitchen designs, layouts, and equipment planning for new projects and renovations.
Team Development & Training
Mentor and train Executive Chefs and kitchen teams across properties.
Conduct cross-training programs to enhance skill sets, encourage innovation, and build a pipeline of future leaders.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and respect for sustainability in food practices.
Sustainability & Community Engagement
Promote farm-to-table initiatives, sourcing from local farmers and sustainable suppliers.
Integrate traditional recipes and regional culinary practices into guest offerings.
Reduce food waste and champion sustainable kitchen operations.
Guest Engagement & Branding
Collaborate with F&B and Marketing teams to create unique dining experiences and signature events.
Represent CGH Earth in culinary forums, media interactions, and guest experiences as the face of the brand's gastronomy.
Drive brand positioning through storytelling and food-led experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management from a recognized institute.
Minimum 15+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a corporate or cluster role.
Proven expertise in managing multiple kitchens across diverse geographies.
Strong knowledge of international cuisines, with deep appreciation for Indian regional and sustainable cooking practices.
Demonstrated experience in cost management, menu engineering, and F&B revenue optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
