Job Description

We are looking for

experienced Corporate English Trainers

to deliver

live, instructor-led online training

to working professionals and corporate teams across India and international markets.

This is

NOT a recorded course

role. Trainers must be confident in conducting

interactive virtual sessions

for corporates.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver live online training via Zoom / Google Meet / MS Teams Customize sessions based on corporate requirements Handle small groups (10-30 participants) Use role plays, activities, and real-life business scenarios Maintain professional training standards and punctuality Minimum 5 to 10 years experience working as a corporate trainers.

Eligibility Criteria:



Minimum

2-3 years

of corporate or professional training experience Excellent spoken English with neutral or clear accent Well versed with the difference between British and American English. Experience in

online live training

is mandatory TESOL / CELTA / TEFL / certification preferred (not mandatory) Corporate exposure or call centre training experience is a must

Training Expertise Required - Business English (Corporate) Online live group.



The trainer should have strong expertise in delivering

practical, workplace-focused Business English training

, including:

Professional workplace communication Business vocabulary & functional grammar (email, meetings, presentations) Corporate email writing & business documentation Spoken English for meetings, discussions & negotiations Presentation skills & public speaking (corporate context) Telephone, video call & virtual meeting communication Cross-cultural communication & global workplace etiquette Confidence building & fluency enhancement for professionals Role plays, case studies & real-life business scenarios Error correction & personalized feedback for working professionals

Obligation:



Experience training

corporate teams / MNC employees / startups

Ability to customize modules based on

industry or job roles

Prior experience with

online live delivery on zoom or google meet is obligatory.


Technical obligations:

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:



Internet Connection: High speed internet connection without network issues. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM. Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes
