Associate Director
to lead our Global Corporate Solutions vertical. This is not a retail sales role; it is a
Deal-Sourcing mandate
. You will be the bridge between distressed or growing enterprises and LawCrust's elite strategic interventions.
The Portfolio (Your "Product" Suite)
You will be responsible for securing mandates in high-complexity areas:
Insolvency & Bankruptcy (IBC):
Advising companies through financial distress and legal resolution.
M&A & Growth Strategy:
Sourcing inorganic growth opportunities and strategic exits.
Private Placement:
Facilitating institutional capital raises for mid-market firms.
Strategic Restructuring:
Navigating organizational redesign and retrenchment with legal precision.
Key Responsibilities
Mandate Acquisition:
Identify and engage with Founders, Boards of Directors, and C-Suite executives of mid-market companies ($5M - $50M turnover).
Consultative Discovery:
Conduct deep-dive financial and structural "health checks" to diagnose which LawCrust solution (M&A, IBC, or Capital) is required.
Pipeline Strategy:
Manage a research-backed outreach program. Move away from volume-calling toward high-value, personalized stakeholder engagement.
Global Outreach:
Navigate cross-border opportunities, understanding the cultural and regulatory nuances of international corporate deal-making.
Proposal to Execution:
Lead the negotiation process from initial pitch to the signing of the engagement mandate.
Who You Are: The Global Strategist
Industry Veteran:
You have 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales or Investment Banking. You understand the "language of the Boardroom."
Technical Literacy:
You have a working knowledge of the
Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
, Private Placement mechanics, and the corporate lifecycle.
