We are seeking an experienced

Corporate Counsellor

with a strong background in

Psychology

and

Employee Wellbeing

to support our group companies in fostering a mentally healthy and positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will bring deep understanding, empathy, and professionalism to help employees navigate work-related and personal challenges, enhance team performance, and promote overall mental wellness across our corporate network.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

one-on-one counselling sessions

for employees to address stress, anxiety, work-life balance, and interpersonal challenges. Develop and execute

mental health and wellbeing programs

across multiple company locations in Bangalore. Provide

group counselling, workshops, and awareness sessions

on topics such as emotional intelligence, stress management, resilience, and conflict resolution. Collaborate closely with

HR and senior leadership

to integrate psychological insights into employee engagement and wellness strategies. Maintain strict

confidentiality and ethical standards

in all counselling interactions. Identify early signs of burnout, disengagement, or team conflict and provide timely intervention. Develop reports and feedback mechanisms to assess the

impact and effectiveness

of counselling and wellbeing initiatives. Support HR in designing

policies and initiatives

related to employee wellbeing and mental health. Travel to different offices within Bangalore as required to ensure regular counselling presence and program consistency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Master's Degree (or higher) in

Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology

. Minimum

10 years of experience

in counselling, with at least

5 years in a corporate or organizational setup

. Strong knowledge of

corporate culture, employee behavior, and workplace stress management

. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. Fluent in

English

and

Hindi

, plus

one South Indian regional language

(Kannada preferred). Strong organizational and documentation skills with high standards of confidentiality. Willingness to

travel within Bangalore

across group company locations.
