Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic professional with a strong background in

Physiology

and

Counselling

, who has proven experience working with employees across

corporate, real estate, and hotel industry settings

. The ideal candidate will be approachable, communicative, and intuitive, with the ability to sense employee challenges, provide meaningful guidance, and foster a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

one-on-one counselling sessions

to employees, addressing both personal and professional challenges. Conduct

group workshops, wellness talks, and stress management sessions

. Identify early signs of employee distress and proactively intervene with appropriate support. Collaborate with HR and management teams to design and implement

employee wellbeing initiatives

. Offer counselling tailored to the unique dynamics of corporate, real estate, and hospitality work environments. Maintain confidentiality while creating a safe and non-judgmental space for employees. Regularly assess and report on overall employee wellbeing trends, offering insights for organizational development. Support in building a

positive organizational culture

where mental, emotional, and physical health are prioritized.

Requirements

Master's degree in

Psychology, Counselling, or a related field

. Minimum

5 years of professional counselling experience

, with exposure to

corporates, real estate firms, and hotels

. Excellent

communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills

. Ability to build trust and approach employees with sensitivity and empathy. Strong observational skills with the ability to

sense unspoken employee struggles

. Based in

Bangalore

and open to working closely with employees at various project/office sites.
