JOB DUTIES:
- Draft, implement and maintain up-to-date standard contracts for all standard business and procurement transactions.
- Review proposed business contracts and identify risk areas to business management with recommendations as to risk containment.
- Provide negotiation support for, supplier and/or customer contracts.
- Conduct Mergers and Acquisitions diligence as requested
- Legal support to internal IP and HR/Employee benefit teams as requested
- Own the NDA review and negotiation process across the organization.
- 2-4 years of experience in an in-house role in a multinational company or a law firm
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution

- Good grasp of the entire contracting process from Request for Proposal through contract closure.
- Professional with good business acumen, able to work well with others, and capable of performing under pressure
- Able to drive best practices across functions
- Ability to analyze and critically comment on proposed contract language, and in general must be able to express self clearly in both written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to autonomously work well in a fluid/fast-paced, highly collaborative, multi-national, team environment
