Looking for a communications professional who combines a strong business acumen with the professional mastery of corporate communications skills.

The person should be an effective, collaborative leader with strong influencing skills and effective stakeholder management capabilities.

Our ideal candidate would be a skilled presenter who enjoys contributing to business growth through designing compelling corporate communications strategies/campaigns and can drive a robust media engagement program with the executive team

. Candidate Profile

Masters/Postgraduate in Mass Communication, Public Relations with 6-8 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain great relationships with the media, internal stakeholders, and consumers.

2. Develop and execute a Corporate Communication strategy that aligns with the brand. This would include creating press releases, conducting media interviews, organizing events, and responding to inbound media enquiries.

3. Develop and train current (and future) spokespersons to ensure high quality media interactions.

4. Managing brand reputation and crisis control. Proactively manage the reputation of our brand, predict and thereby prepare for potential negative fall-outs, take steps to mitigate issues and ensure we communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

5. Build a great partnership with the PR Agency, engage on a regular basis to monitor and analyze media coverage, figure out what\'s trending and leverage relevant opportunities to drive brand salience.
