About Corporate Communications

Corporate Communications team at Axis is a 7 member team led by Piyali Reddy. Team is responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders such as Media, industry and regulatory forums, employees etc... This role is primarily for managing Internal Communications and would be reporting into Head - Internal Communications (Pravin Patil)

About the Role

Work with Head - Internal Communications to deliver on the Internal Comms strategy and engagement plan

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree / Graduation in Communications or Marketing
  • Experience building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Ability to understand business issues and devise communications solutions appropriately
  • Ability to deal in pressurized situations
  • Good writing skills, particularly short form content would be an advantage
  • Experience of social media, presentation skills, video or graphic design production are an added advantage

Skills:

Plan and deliver internal communications campaigns and mass communication for bank and subsidiaries
  • Create and build relationships with internal stakeholders to translate their objectives into effective internal communication & strategy
  • Work on all Intellectual Properties defined under Leadership Connect, Employee Engagement, Employee Awareness and Employee Motivation
  • Strategize employee campaigns ensuring that the messages match Axis' values and communication themes while resonating appropriately with the relevant audiences
  • Manage and create engaging content for the internal communications channels
  • Provide support and counsel to business teams on content and creative requirements for Internal Comms
  • Create engaging content and measure impact and effectiveness of internal campaigns
  • Ensures content and messages are regularly updated in order that they remain valid
  • Support in planning and delivering of Bank's events organised both virtually and physically
