We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communication
Trainer
to enhance the communication effectiveness of our team. The trainer will be responsible for identifying gaps, designing modules, and delivering interactive training sessions focused on improving client communication, verbal fluency, sentence structure, vocabulary, and internal communication presence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct communication assessments to identify participant skill gaps.
Deliver training sessions on:
Client communication professionalism
Clarity, tone, and structured communication
Verbal fluency, articulation & word selection
Sentence formation and vocabulary building
Internal communication confidence and impression-building
Develop conversational, activity-based, and scenario-based learning modules.
Provide individual feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.
Create training materials, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
Track learner progress and present reports to management.
Collaborate with HR/L&D to customize training as per team requirements.
Ensure training readiness for future client-facing responsibilities.
Requires Skills
Strong command over English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication, articulation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify concepts and deliver them in an engaging way.
Expertise in client communication, professional etiquette, and vocabulary usage.
Experience in soft skills or corporate training.
Ability to coach individuals with patience and empathy.
Presentation, facilitation, and assessment abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Communications, Training, English).
Certification in soft skills/communication training.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience training corporate teams or fresh talent.
Understanding of client communication, BPO/IT communication needs, or corporate etiquette.
Experience in conducting workshops, coaching sessions, or communication improvement programs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?1,500.00 - ?2,000.00 per hour
