Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms. Lead the creation of engaging content, including blogs, videos, and social media. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Manage the company's digital presence, including website and social media channels. Prepare and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective use of resources. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs. Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts. Develop and manage lead generation programs to support sales objectives. Mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals. Identify and establish partnerships, sponsorship's, and collaborations. Manage public relations, including media relations and press releases. Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing tools and technologies.
