Role Overview



As a Corporate Communications Specialist at Trident Techlabs Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand voice and enhancing its public image. This position involves developing and executing internal and external communication strategies, managing corporate messaging, and supporting marketing and branding initiatives. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing and interpersonal skills, adept at managing multiple communication platforms to engage diverse audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities



1.

Internal Communications:



Create and disseminate newsletters, announcements, and updates to ensure transparent and consistent communication within the organization. Collaborate with HR for employee engagement programs, policy updates, and compliance messaging.
2.

External Communications:



Develop press releases, media kits, and articles to highlight company milestones, events, and achievements. Maintain and enhance relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to ensure positive brand representation.
3.

Brand Management:



Oversee the company's social media presence, crafting engaging and consistent content that aligns with the brand image. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials and corporate communication.
4.

Crisis Management:



Act as the primary point of contact for addressing sensitive communication issues and mitigating potential risks to the company's reputation. Prepare holding statements and ensure timely, strategic responses during crises.
5.

Content Creation and Design:



Develop content for brochures, corporate presentations, internal documents, and promotional material. Manage design tools to create visually appealing assets for campaigns and events.
6.

Event Coordination:



Support the organization of webinars, workshops, and networking events, including content creation and promotional activities. Handle communication logistics for key internal and external events.
7.

Market and Industry Research:



Conduct research to inform and improve communication strategies and maintain an understanding of industry trends. Provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing corporate communication efforts.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role. Familiarity with CAE software industry or a tech-focused company is an advantage.

Capacity to analyze communication metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹40,750.85 - ₹50,225.14 per month
