Job description
Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive company\'s PR strategies for the company\'s consumer brand to effectively communicate their stories, create strong positioning, and build a formidable image that resonates with our customers and consumers.
• Develop and execute strategic public relations to achieve visibility in media and position the company as a thought leader in the industry and employer of choice.
• Support and work closely with the management team to understand business strategies, develop executive messages and define strategic communication plan in support of business goals and priorities.
• Develop and implement an internal communication strategy including business critical change communication.
• Develop, implement and manage social media channels to build our image as an employer of choice and connect with talent in the industry.
• Coordinate and support townhall meetings, engagement programs etc. through creative, informative, understandable, and actionable communication leveraging a variety of communication channels.
• Support crisis and business continuity communications as required, internally and externally.
• Implement feedback mechanism and track metrics to measure communication goals and effectiveness

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communication and PR.
• A good storyteller and communicator.
• Excellent communication - written and presentation skills.
• Strong and proven track record with communication, media relations and social media.
• High sense of urgency and an ability to wear multiple hats.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive new ways of communicating internally and externally.
