Corporate commercial Lawyer
Locations(s) Delhi/NCR , Mumbai and Bangalore
Experience range : 4-7 years post LLB
:
- Handling Corporate commercial transactions like Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Business Advisory
- General Corporate Law advisory
- Taking part in Private Equity / Venture Capital Deals
- Advising clients on various Commercial law issues
- Structuring transactions
- Drafting and negotiating Term Sheets
- Drafting and negotiating Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders\' Agreements, Co-Founders\' Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, Advisory stocks, amongst others
- Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for start-ups
Required Candidate profile :
- Should have leading law firms experience
- 4-7 years of experience in General Corporate / transactions like Mergers, acquisitions etc.
- Should have good drafting skills
- LLB from premium law colleges preferred
