Saperitto Hospitality is looking for a skilled and experienced
Corporate Chef
to manage and standardize kitchen operations across multiple outlets. The role focuses on food quality, SOP implementation, team training, cost control, and hygiene compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Standardize recipes, portions, and cooking processes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across outlets
Train kitchen staff on SOPs, hygiene, and food safety
Monitor daily kitchen operations and support outlet chefs
Control food cost, inventory, and reduce wastage
Ensure FSSAI and hygiene compliance
Assist in menu development and new product launches
Conduct regular kitchen audits and performance reviews
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food production
Experience in QSR / retail / multi-outlet kitchens preferred
Leadership and team-handling skills
Basic English communication (working level)
Willingness to travel between outlets if required
