Job Summary:

Sree Guruvayoor Tiffin Veg. Restaurant is looking for an experienced

Corporate Chef

with strong expertise in

pure vegetarian cuisine

. The ideal candidate will lead kitchen operations, plan menus, manage costing, recruit and train staff, and maintain consistent quality across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations for the restaurant. Develop and innovate

pure vegetarian menus

based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Manage

food costing, portion control, and waste reduction

to maintain profitability. Conduct

corporate training programs

for kitchen and service staff to ensure consistency and quality. Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff; ensure proper work discipline and hygiene standards. Maintain kitchen schedules, inventory control, and supplier coordination. Ensure compliance with

FSSAI and food safety standards

. Collaborate with management for menu engineering, promotions, and new outlet setups.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

as a Head Chef / Corporate Chef in a pure vegetarian restaurant. Strong knowledge of

South Indian and North Indian vegetarian cuisine

. Proven experience in

menu planning, food costing, and kitchen staff management

. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
