Role Description
As a Agile coach / Scrum master in the Cash Management team, you will play a key role in improving the agile maturity and simplify the end-to-end delivery for clients by improving user experience, quicker delivery and forming more cross functional teams.
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional results through close partnership with business and enablement functions (operations, technology, compliance) located globally in managing complex changes across technology, operational processing and regulatory landscape while serving the clients.

Your key responsibilities
Provide Agile coaching to teams on all aspects of the project management framework, with a strong focus on Scrum practices
Coaching and mentoring ScrumMasters, Product Owners, Agile teams and management to enhance release planning, Agile ceremonies, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
Transferring knowledge and helping teams continuously reflect and improve, becoming more effective in their roles and increasing the outcome, collaboration, and quality practices
Lead the overall relationship between lines of business (LOB) or groups and the Agile COE (and other resources supporting Agile Transformation), relationship building, business development, facilitation of expert resources and alignment with team / leadership needs
Introduce Agile methodologies and implement agility in the project delivery processes using SAFe and Scrum
Continue to evangelize the need for top-down support for agile culture and values in order to achieve maximum results from the use of agile practices
Demonstrates and shares experiences and observations with all team members and to ensure best practices are being used and recommends process improvement
Oversees the overall objective cohesion of initiatives involving many scrum teams and leads initiative performance
Assesses emerging trends/best practices and determines implications of proposed methodologies on meeting business unit strategy
Work with product owners and Squad leads to ensure realistic planning
Ensure dependencies across squads are identified and managed
Facilitate sprint ceremonies: planning, reviews and retrospectives
Manage and track delivery health via KPI's (velocity, cycle time, burndown, etc)
Identify inefficiencies in delivery process and drive optimization
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders : Product owners, Squad leads, QA Leads and Engineers
Help influence peers / stakeholders and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity.
Your skills and experience
Minimum 10 years of working experience in software analysis, product/program management or delivery management experience in the Financial Services industry.
Typically holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science Engineering, or other related engineering field (or has equivalent work experience)
Hands-on experience using various Agile Tools
Advanced industry recognized certifications related to Agile
Removing organizational impediments either within one Rapid lab or across labs/products
Help teams implement Agile development approaches
Experience implementing SAFE
Proven experience in leading large scale IT delivery projects covering implementation and delivery of multiple applications from scratch and working across cross functional teams and managing senior stakeholders across geographic locations.
Mentor teams on Agile approach to estimation, planning, and story mapping.
Facilitating superior performance at the team level
Take care of delivery hurdles
Supervising multiple teams like Scrum of Scrums, Big Room Planning, and Retrospectives
Enabling changes in new ways of working
Build Agile maturity
Coach and guide Scrum Masters
Build self-organizing teams of Agile teams
Enhance predictability of solution delivery
Interacting with stakeholders for generating business value
Proactive mindset with a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities

Able to demonstrate improvements to internal and external process across multiple teams and functions
Experience operating autonomously and rapidly and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
