Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research. This role requires a strong understanding of online sales strategies, lead generation, and relationship management to drive growth and acquire new business opportunities
Job Responsibilities:
? Identify and prospect potential clients through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and market research.
? Selling online recruitment solutions to corporate/consultant clients by assessing their business requirements.
? Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from upsell and cross sell.
? Developing a database of qualified leads through Field visits, cold calling, referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels.
? Area Mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials, and closing deals with the necessary documentation.
? Prospect relentlessly to build a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospect
? Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
? Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors
? Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management
Key Result Areas / Key Performance Indicators:
? Cold Calling/Prospecting/Providing customized solutions to Clients across domains & segments
? New Business Development
? Solution Selling
? Handling negotiations/ closing orders
? Consistency in meeting set sales targets
? Setting and Managing client expectations
? Managing Client relationships / Upselling and Cross-Selling
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.

? Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
? Competence to acquire new skills and knowledge continuously
? Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
? Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skill
