Corporate and Workplace Solutions - Office of Global Security - Security Manager Lead, Vice President, Bengaluru

• Lead crisis management preparation, implementation and recovery processes.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
The candidate will:

• Lead the team to define the physical security requirements for India offices based on risk and threat analysis.
• Establish proportionate security standards and procedures to as far as possible mitigate against identified risks.
• Provide managerial oversight of guarding teams to ensure high levels of proficiency and prompt and effective response to security and safety incidents.
• Oversee the effective deployment and maintenance of on-site security systems to ensure delivery of safe and secure work environments.
• Develop training and drilling programs across the guarding team and help in the assessment of individual and SOP proficiency.
• Have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining high quality standards.
• Prepare and manage annual operational goals and objectives which align with the OGS mission statement.
• Support the collection, visualization and analysis of security data to understand risk and performance, and facilitate data driven decision making.
• Work closely with the OGS Crisis Management Center (CMC) to ensure operational coordination and effective delivery of incident management for critical events across the portfolio.
• Gather and interpret information from various sources and advise relevant stakeholders and assist in preparation and planning of emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Support security solution project delivery for real estate projects.
• Plan and coordinate security requirements for corporate events and executive travel in designated jurisdictions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external security partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain close working relationships with Vendor partners and engagement with key responsibilities of contract management, service level agreement, audits, compliance checks & background verification.
• Plan and oversee the OGS budget to ensure efficiency and quality of security operations and review financial reports for governance and control.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Good track record of excellent leadership and strategic management to achieve organizational objectives.
• Proven track record of delivery of solutions in complex / challenging situations.
• Strong analytical and technical ability to develop and maintain resilient risk assessment processes.
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience utilizing data and familiarity with data visualization and analytics software, e.g. Tableau, Alteryx, SQL
• Professional degree/accreditation in the field of security will be preferred.

How We're Organized
Corporate and Workplace Solutions includes the following pillars: Workplace Experience, the Office of Global Security, Regional Office Leadership and Chief Operating Officer, which includes CWS Engineering.

• Workplace Experience: Encompasses end-to-end strategic real estate work from transactions to facilities. Departments include On-Site Solutions (inclusive of Facilities Management, Hospitality Operations, Document Management and Ground Transportation), Events, Client & Production Engineering, Real Estate Strategy, Real Estate Development, and Capital Management.
• The Office of Global Security: Manages and implements arrangements for the protection of the firm's personnel, physical security, fire safety and crisis management.
• Regional Office Leadership: Supports the firm in driving regional priorities and strategy in Dallas and Salt Lake City in partnership with local leadership.
• Chief Operating Officer (COO): Aligns division-wide functions to drive strategic cohesiveness, consistency and efficiency. Departments include CWS Management and CWS Engineering - which provides enabling engineering solutions supporting real estate and facilities management, on-site solutions, safety and security and CWS data and analytics.
