POSITION SUMMARY
The
Senior Manager - Corporate Affairs (RERA)
will oversee all activities related to the
Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA)
, including registration, documentation, filing, compliance tracking, extension management, and official liaisoning for all Group real estate projects.
This role is the
Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
with
MahaRERA
and is responsible for ensuring timely submissions, adherence to statutory norms, and management of all regulatory processes across projects.
Manage end-to-end registration of all new and ongoing projects with MahaRERA.
Prepare, verify, and file all required documents, affidavits, and declarations.
Ensure timely renewals and extensions of registration for all projects.
Maintain updated records, project details, and statutory deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams:
Legal, Finance, Projects, Admin
, etc.
Ensure full compliance with RERA guidelines, standards, and updates.
2. Application Filing & Department Liaisoning
Liaise with MahaRERA officials for submissions, clarifications, and approvals.
Respond to queries, objections, and observations raised by authorities.
Track file movements, hearing dates, status progress, and approval timelines.
Represent the Group in official meetings and communications with RERA authorities.
3. RERA Matters, Extensions & Reporting
Manage all matters related to amendments, extensions, corrections, and compliance submissions.
File required reports: financial updates, construction progress, sales status, and statutory updates.
Ensure RERA dashboard, website, and public disclosures are updated regularly.
Prepare and submit applications for extension or modification of registration deadlines.
4. Documentation, Governance & Internal MIS
Maintain a comprehensive RERA tracker: submissions, approvals, deadlines, and progress.
Prepare monthly MIS reports for senior management and the Director - Corporate Affairs.
Ensure ethical documentation, transparency, and strict governance compliance.
Stay updated on new RERA circulars, amendments, and regulatory developments.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Graduate / Postgraduate in
Law, Public Administration, Commerce, Business Management
, or related fields.
8-15 years
of experience in RERA compliance, registration, and government coordination.
Strong knowledge of
MahaRERA rules, guidelines, filing processes, and statutory documentation
.
Proven capability in handling multiple projects, intense documentation, and deadline-bound work.
Excellent communication, follow-up, coordination, and relationship management skills.
High ethical standards with strong compliance orientation.
