Corporate Advocate - Legal (Real Estate)

Location- NAC, Near Manimajra, Chandigarh

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented

Corporate Advocate

to manage the legal affairs of our real estate operations. The role requires expertise in real estate law, corporate compliance, litigation handling, and regular liaison with courts, legal counsels, and government authorities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in legal matters related to land acquisition, property titles, RERA, and other real estate regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

For a role involving liaison with advocates in Solan, Shimla, and Chandigarh location concerning company cases. This will include regular visits to these locations to observe ongoing activities.

Additionally, this position will serve as an intermediary between management and our corporate legal team.

Qualifications:

LLB from a recognized university (LLM preferred). Registered with the Bar Council of India. Min. 3 years of legal experience, with at least 1 years in

real estate law
