This is a mid-level corporate advisory role requiring 2+ years of experience in ₹nancial analysis and strategic consulting. You'll join an early-stage team helping international clients establish and grow their presence in India, while also supporting domestic clients with M&A, private equity, and business advisory services across multiple geographies.
Core Responsibilities
Client Market Entry & Strategic Planning
₹ Research and analyze potential clients and their competitive landscape in India and internationally
₹ Develop comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for international clients entering the Indian market
₹ Create ₹nancial strategies and business setup roadmaps tailored to India's regulatory and market environment
₹ Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis to identify market positioning opportunities
Client Guidance & Support
₹ Provide hands-on assistance to international clients throughout their India market entry journey
₹ Guide clients through business setup processes, operational establishment, and regulatory compliance
₹ Act as a trusted advisor, handholding clients through challenges in establishing Indian operations
₹ Coordinate with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of clients Financial Analysis & Modeling
₹ Build comprehensive investment pro-formas and ₹nancial models for market entry scenarios and potential deals
₹ Analyze ₹nancial data from multiple sources to assess company performance and valuation
₹ Create comparative analyses (comps) to benchmark companies against industry peers
₹ Prepare detailed ₹nancial and narrative reports for clients and investors Deal Execution Support
₹ Assist senior leadership in pursuing new deals and client opportunities
₹ Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books, Information
Memorandums (IMs), company pro₹les and other related documents.
₹ Support business development initiatives and new client acquisition
₹ Conduct industry research and market analysis as needed for speci₹c mandates
Research & Valuation
₹ Research companies, industries, market trends, and regulatory frameworks in India and target international markets
₹ Perform company valuations using standard methodologies
₹ Analyze cross-border business opportunities and market dynamics
₹ Respond to ad-hoc research requests from clients or internal teams
Required Quali₹cationsExperience
₹ Minimum 2 years in ₹nancial modeling, research, strategic consulting, or analysis roles (investment banking, Private Equity, consulting, or corporate ₹nance backgrounds preferred)
₹ Strong academic credentials in ₹nance, economics, business, or related ₹elds
₹ Understanding of India's business environment and regulatory landscape is advantageous
