About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Advanced Java Corporate Trainer

to train our associate trainees. The training can be delivered

remotely or onsite

. This is a

part-time contractual role

for 3 months.

Responsibilities

Deliver structured training sessions with hands-on exercises and case studies. Cover both

conceptual and practical aspects

of advanced Java development. Provide guidance on building scalable and enterprise-grade applications. Prepare trainees for real-world software engineering practices.

Duration:

3 months

Days:

Fridays (1.5 hrs) and Saturdays (2-3 hrs)

Mode:

Remote / Onsite

Requirements

Expertise in

Advanced Java

(JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate). Strong knowledge of:

LLD (Low-Level Design) & HLD (High-Level Design).

Design Patterns

and best practices.

Microservices Architecture

with real-world use cases. Messaging & streaming platforms like

Apache Kafka

(preferred). Prior experience training freshers or corporate teams. Excellent communication & mentoring skills.

Engagement

Contract basis

(3 months). Competitive trainer fees based on expertise.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
