Implement cost control mechanisms to track variances & optimize spend.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, health, and industry?specific regulations.
Liaise with external counsel or compliance service providers for legal matters, secretarial services, regulatory approvals.
Track updates in corporate / labor laws; manage required returns / license renewals.
Vendor & Facilities Oversight
Manage contracts with housekeeping, security, maintenance, & facility service providers.
Conduct periodic reviews & audits of vendor performance & contractual compliance.
Coordination & Internal Control
Support executive management & board coordination: schedule meetings, prepare materials, document action items.
Maintain robust internal control systems in administrative functions to ensure consistency & risk mitigation.
Liaison & Corporate Affairs
Act as point of contact for interactions with government bodies, regulatory authorities, external vendors, and agencies.
Handle regulatory approvals, license renewals, document attestations, keeping track of statutory requirements.
Monitor changes in laws/regulations relevant to corporate governance & labour / HR compliance; ensure company is updated.
Coordinate external communications/ interactions needed by Corporate Affairs / Legal teams.
