Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and strong expertise in cryptocurrency, equity markets, ETFs, mutual funds, wealth management, and trade settlements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trading, corporate actions, taxation, and investment advisory, along with solid knowledge of NISM compliance. This role involves market analysis, trade processing, and supporting investment clients with high-quality financial insights.

Position V: Corporate Actions Associate

Relevant Experience

6 months+ experience in corporate actions processing Hands-on experience in dividends, splits, bonuses, buybacks, mergers Familiarity with exchange announcements and market notifications Experience in reconciliation of allotments and entitlements Exposure to client portfolio servicing or fund operations preferred

Key Skills Required

Corporate actions processing expertise Entitlement calculation skills Strong reconciliation capabilities Documentation & compliance orientation Excel & reporting skills Coordination with multiple stakeholders Regulatory understanding

Role Responsibilities

Process and validate corporate action events Review announcements and record dates Coordinate with custodians and brokers Reconcile proceeds and resolve exceptions Ensure timely posting of benefits
